We have designed our return process to be as simple as possible for you. Products purchased from Office Authority may be returned for full credit. Please call with questions. We are here to address your concerns. • Don’t worry about restocking charges. There are none. • If we delivered it with our Office Authority truck, our drivers are trained to pick up any return. For returns from outside our regular delivery area, please contact UPS for pickup. • For furniture and machine problems, please contact customer service. • We are unable to accept returns for food items or medical products.


Helpful Hint: For best results, enter in the order number in the order number field. If you do not know the numbers, select the drop-down arrow which will allow you to scroll through a list of order numbers and their order dates. After selecting one, use the down arrow to select a reason code. Finally, find the item that needs to be returned, click on the select box on the same row as the item, and click on “return items”. Please fill out and submit the form below to complete the return process. It’s just that simple!
